Island hop by air through Athens or by boat, and cap the itinerary at two islands per week. The classic pairing runs Mykonos energy into Santorini theater, thirty five minutes by scheduled seaplane style hops or two hours by fast ferry. Adding a third island converts a holiday into a logistics exercise.
