Who We Are

The controller of your data.

Luxury.it is published by Generation AD LLC, which acts as data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy matter, including exercising your rights, write to privacy@luxury.it. We answer within the terms set by law and usually much faster.

This policy covers the luxury.it website. Our network sites and third parties linked from our pages have their own policies.

What We Process

Data we collect and why.

Concierge requestsName, email, phone, trip details you provide. Used to prepare and deliver your shortlist and to introduce you to relevant providers. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract, and your consent to be contacted.
NewsletterEmail address, with your explicit consent. Used only for our editorial emails. Every message contains an unsubscribe link.
Partner applicationsBusiness contact details and the information you submit. Used to evaluate and manage the partnership. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
Technical dataServer logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for security, plus the consent cookie that stores your cookie choices. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure site.
AnalyticsOnly if you accept analytics cookies, we measure visits through Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: consent, revocable at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer.

Retention & Sharing

How long, and with whom.

Concierge and partner records are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, technical logs for a few weeks, analytics for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy. We never sell personal data.

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work, such as hosting and email delivery, with providers relevant to a request you asked us to arrange, and with authorities where the law requires it. The publisher is based in the United States, so data may be processed there under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

Send an erasure request to privacy@luxury.it from the email address you used with us. We confirm deletion once completed, keeping only what the law obliges us to retain.
Does Luxury.it sell personal data
No. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run third party advertising on the site.
